ELEMENTARY A1 

This level enables you to communicate on everyday topics, such as introducing yourself and your family, making basic requests, and asking simple questions, allowing you to hold straightforward conversations. You’ll also learn fundamental grammar and phonetics at this stage. The person can understand straightforward, everyday situations and communicate simply, provided the other person speaks slowly.

UPPER ELEMENTARY A2

Basic language proficiency. The person can understand simple phrases on familiar topics, communicate in everyday situations, and express basic personal information with simple language.

INTERMEDIATE B1

Functional but limited command of the language. The individual understands clear, standard language in familiar areas, can manage while traveling, discuss personal interests, and provide brief explanations about a project or idea.

UPPER INTERMEDIATE B2
General and spontaneous command of the language. The individual can understand the main ideas of complex texts and can engage in conversations on general or professional topics clearly and in detail, providing well-reasoned opinions.

 

ADVANCED C1
Strong command of the language. The individual can understand a wide range of long, demanding texts with implicit meanings. They can express themselves fluently and in a well-structured manner on social, professional, or academic topics, as well as on complex subjects.

 

PROFICIENCY C2
Excellent command of the language. The individual understands virtually everything they read or hear with ease and can summarize it coherently. They express themselves very fluently, with subtlety and nuance, even on complex topics.ā€‹
